I was ask for my insurance information before my appointment, I get there and when I was talking to Dr. Mirtorabi All he talk was about my insurance and that they don’t work with it. This is the most ridiculous and shady place I ever talked to! The woman at the front desk is so unprofessional and lack of knowledge that I can see why this place rates like this and should not be operating with this quality of staff and Doctor."

"Dr. Mirtorabi takes the time to listen to issues and works quickly to help resolve them. He is thorough and his staff is very nice. The office is a little outdated but this is easily overlooked by the quality of care that Mirtorabi provides. I have not had an issue with getting an appointment as it is always quick and the appointments do not feel rushed as he answers all the questions and provides good referrals."

"Unfortunately, Dr. Mir's office is just a den for defrauding patients. They falsely tell you that they have contracts with all insurance companies. They will take a copy of your ID card, they will take a copy of your health insurance card, after your visit, a few months later, they will set up a bill for you with a high amount, with all the lies and undone work, after contacting your insurance company, you will be informed that there is no contract with the doctor. They have no death. And they send the total amount of the bill to the collection agency. Many employees are liars and rude. Citizens of Portland, watch your pocket. Because a fraudulent doctor named Dr. Mir MD is defrauding patients in Beaverton. He takes money from you and then sends fake invoices to the collection agency."

"A common complaint with doctors is that they fail to genuinely listen or take the time to answer questions clearly and without condescension. I am so pleased to report Dr. Mirtorabi is not among those doctors. He is fully present with me, with communication that checks all the boxes. He is a kind and empathetic man with wide-ranging capabilities as a physician. His staff is friendly and competent. It's a small office, but they manage to follow up as promised on matters requiring follow-up. I'm glad I found Dr. Mirtorabi."

"Unprofessional staff and doctor. The front office never returns calls or requests for the doctor. I had to get a different doctor in order to get my medication. I couldn't even get the front desk to schedule a second appointment for me. He's very arrogant and rude. This doctor is just asking to be turned into the medical board. If you have a serious chronic condition, I wouldn't trust this doctor. You won't get your prescriptions filled on time."
