"It’s close to midnight three days after getting and emergency Covid test. No results. No call. I have sent three messages and called with no response. I am high risk with a sick young child. Every friend exposed with MODA, Providence, and blue cross insurance got results 4 days ago in 30 minutes. I used to be able to call and talk to and advice nurse immediately and now they put you with an appointment person and slow walk everything. It’s not ok. KP used to be amazing. This is a smack in face. Profit over patient care."

"This is my second time here, I've been making occasional visits to see my dermatologist and my doctor is not only nice but amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. I remember getting lost on my first day and I was helped. I even wore the wrong mask at one point and they provided me with a disposable one. This might not be my favorite location since it's far away but I do like it overall. There is also plenty of parking!"
