Refuse to give the service they promise, leave you stuck on the side of the road, and tell you it's your fault. Garbage company with unprofessional conduct. "As a member I needed assistance with a flat in their parking lot, Salem office couldn't find me in their system to assist me and wasn't helpful. Told me to buy another membership and pay the $75 for same day assistance. Luckily my family was able to come help me. I called the service center when I got home to renew my membership but they found my currently active coverage right away. Left me wondering why I pay for this.."

"This is the second time they have waited an extended period of time to help me. I thought the first time might be a fluke, after waiting THREE AND A HALF HOURS, some of it in the dark. Then today I locked my keys in my car and once again its been over an hour already. Im a traveling nurse. I cant be sitting around all day long waiting for help. AAA used to be a great service. Now its terrible!!"
