When I came in I got to sign a stack of paperwork but no explicit cost was disclosed. After the visit I got billed in full. Ask directly how much is your out of pocket cost before coming in. Don't shy it and make a mistake like me"

"In honor of Chiropractic Day, I'm leaving a review for Dr. Rene St. Cyr, a chiropractor who has been a monumental influence over my recovery from lumbar stenosis symptoms which caused me to become bedridden on a recurring basis after I injured myself on the job. Although I had seen many chiropractors and physical therapists weekly over the span of about 1.5 years, he was the first to take the time to educate me on the nature of my condition so that I could incorporate activities and habits to help myself heal, not just get by. While other doctors recommended I simply get a steroid injection and mask the pain with medication under the idea that there wasn't much they could recommend otherwise, Dr. Rene encouraged me to make informed decisions for lasting recovery and lifestyle choices to avoid disability and potentially unnecessary dependence on pain medication. This clinic is wonderful and I'm grateful for the part it played in how far I've come in my healing journey."

"honestly i wish i could give this place a hundred stars. i found them entirely by happenstance, after i suffered a rib injury, and calling them first was the happiest accident ever. Nancy at reception is so pleasant and super helpful with scheduling and reminders, Jordan is a busy bee always making sure everything stays clean and sanitized and organized, and without losing any professionalism at all the whole office has a really fun, easygoing atmosphere. you can tell everybody is there because they're passionate about helping people, and it makes such a difference. Bree has been awesome about helping me with the paperwork i need for time off from my job to heal, and Sy and Kevin have done more to help my poor busted up bones in a month than i think i've been able to do for myself in *years* of stretching and exercises. i feel like my ongoing pain is already exponentially better than it's been in ages, and for the first time in longer than i can remember, i think maybe one day my spine won't hate me. thanks so much, everyone at InReach, you guys are fantastic!!! "The actual care I received from the practitioners was great. The problem is billing and record keeping. From my first appointment there was confusion about what I had to pay. It changed from session to session. Eventually I was quoted an out of pocket rate which I paid at sessions only to later receive a bill and realize they had billed my insurance as well. I called to correct this, they confirmed I made the payment and that this was an error but continued to send me bills and did not return my calls to attempt to correct the error. They have now sent me to collections for their error which is an act of insurance fraud. I wish I had never sought care here. It is definitely not worth it. Go elsewhere."

"Lynne has helped me out multiple times now. Her assessment is always spot on and she does a great job explaining what's going on with my body. The knowledge combined with the take home exercises give me the tools to maximize the benefits from each treatment. I always leave here feeling better and wonder why I didn't come sooner!
