"The wins: Staff was friendly, ambience is lively, some dishes were really well prepared. We ordered a couple entrees and a few sides/apps and overall, they were tasty, but whoa on the amount of oil. We walked out feeling like a couple of grease balls. Some of the items felt a bit overpriced… the mango/pineapple juice for $7 was up there, the crispy pork for $28 plus a $3 upcharge for fried rice - that just tasted like white rice with garlic oil- was steep, and a side dish/app - pancit canton was $20 (with some pieces of chicken). Overall, good place to try but not sure we’d be back soon."
"As a Filipino-American, I do crave the foods that my family made at gatherings and even at home, but it's hard to find quality Filipino dishes in restaurant settings. I wouldn't say that this place is particularly authentic, but the fusion concept of their menu did make it so I wouldn't be disappointed that the cooking inevitably doesn't taste like what my mom and aunties make, such as the pancit canton. Their dishes are pretty tasty and affordable at the same time, they have some cool meals that you can share with others at the table for decent prices. They also have a good brunch menu on the weekends. From my experience, service has been kind of slow without much of a reason that I could comprehend, but the employees were at least friendly. The interior is okay, though seating was organized a bit odd. I had a positive experience overall here with my friend and would like to give it another try with others, as I think it's a cool restaurant."
"First, I want to applaud the fantastic staff. They were helpful, patient, and friendly. The menu is varied but not overwhelming, and the portions are generous. My partner and I ordered 1 main dish (crispy pork), 2 sides (veggies with tofu and the greens in coconut milk), a fried egg, and a dessert. We could barely finish everything, and with the discount they had on their website, it was only $65 with a 20% tip. Sure, it would have been more without the discount, but we probably wouldn't have ordered as much and it would still have been enough. You could definitely eat very well for about $30/person, which is unheard of anymore. The flavors were fantastic. Our friend had a noodle dish and the citrus note was addictive. Be sure to check for additional desserts that aren't on the menu."
"This place is amazing. Came in for the second time to try their kamayan feast (special event, $50pp). As usual, their pork belly was so juicy, tender & had a very crispy skin (easily our favorite thing on their menu). We got chicken, beef, pork & a wide array of unlimited sides. It also included 3 different desserts. Their mixed drinks are also so good, we got the pineapple Hennessy! The staff are all so friendly and knowledgable. The first time we came in, we just let them pick out what we ate. You honestly can’t go wrong here!"
"#1 The food is very delicious. (+4 Stars). #2 Portions are small, prices are large (-1 star). We had 4 dishes plus 1 beverage ($80.00 + $15.00 tip) #3 Order from the counter and food is delivered to your table. (- 2 stars) #4 Clean your own table. Serve yourself small water glasses (-2 star). #5 The atmosphere is busy - the place was buzzing. Expected. The place was very busy - the sign at the counter said words to the affect "We are not your mother - clean your own table". (Confused about why a tip is expected). The food is pretty darn good - if the portions were larger, it would make sense - after all, rice, noodles, and veggies are not that expensive. Might try this place again....."
