"My wife and I have been banking with them for years. The staff that was inside of the Safeway was amazing. Unfortunately only one person is still around and she doesn't work daily on the floor. She is amazing and still remembers me even after not seeing me much since covid. She's the only reason they're getting 3 stars instead of 1. Believe her name not be Liz but not 100% think she's ASM The new branch manager sucks! Employees need more better training and shouldn't take 10 minutes to do a simple deposit."

"tehy let a check be deposited in my account from out of state , i waiting a few days , they said the check cleared i with drew the money then a week later the check bounced and when i called them on it they said they did it as a customer service so i had to take out a hi intrest loan to pay the bank back and i get no credit for paying on a 5000 dollar loan i pay every month and it won't go down i'll be dead before its paid off and being on disability a fixed income nice. hey doesn't the bank have insurance that covers these kind of scams, and if they know the person and bank that started all this why am i being made to pay everyone back . hmmmm"

"The worst Bank & the entire world! Absolutely horrible. Imagine a bank that have ATM out of service all around the state at the same time, every time! Imagine your bills all being paid late because you can’t deposit funds, imagine having to pay withdraw & overdraft fees multiple times per month simply because their ATM is always “out of service” and when you confront them about it they deny it even if you shove a picture of proof in their faces. If I was told that I had three seconds left of life & OSCU was the cure to live, I’d rather kick the bucket; it’s that bad! Don’t let their bankers lie to you!!! You can’t even transfer funds through your own account to other people with the same bank. It’s pointless"
