"We picked up the trailer and was asked to look for any damage which we did. Then I got in the car, he checked the lights in the back and we took off. When we got to my location to load up my storage unit, the whole back of the trailer was full of mud and piles of mud and empty dirty boxes. And then I noticed that one of the brake lights wasn't working. I have rented from them a few times and I've never had this problem"

"DRIVERS: easy in off of 99e. Getting out will test your skills! Be careful! If there are no vehicles, you can get out the same way in. However, I've been here twice and not so lucky. Must turn left onto chestnut... ta Trees and power poles make it difficult."

"Terrible. Employee hooked up our trailer, it disconnected on the highway and slammed into the back of our truck. After hours of going from one location to the next to make it right all they offer me is a refund. I dedicated Superbowl weekend and had my whole day wasted because of this fiasco. I paid extra for insurance and now they're ignoring me and not calling back or responding."
