"If I could give no stars I would. I'm not buying a home nor have I had work done by this company but I was a neighbor to a house being built by this company. To start off the workers had no courtesy to anyone in this area. All day an they would show up an work mid day to late hours of the night. I've confronted them many times at 9pm to 10pm or later telling them to shut it down. Law enforcement was also involved some times because they just didn't seem to get it, or not care in general. They also damaged our personal property an did not say a thing. Also numerous of times I would arrive home to find rope, trash, cigarettes(no one in my household smokes) rolls of nails an more in our backyard. Just so much lack of care for anyone else's things. Then recently some people broke into one of the finished units an among leaving caught the backyard fence separating the new houses an ours on fire. The owner of these homes was very unprofessional an kept saying it was our fence an we should be lucky she fixed it(which by the way was a hack job) when in reality it's also her fence as it's the fence to the homes she jus built backyards. With much built up frustration I came home only again tonight to see the back fence was fixed but the workers left a mount of dirt on our side in our wood chips an had I not mentioned it earlier to them they would of left the big section of burnt fence just thrown in our backyard. I called an spoke with the owner Nicole an protested my frustration to her only for her so say "it is what it is" to the hack job of a fence.(makes you wonder what else, "it is what it is," kinda wrong with these homes with such a attitude like that to your newly on the market homes.) Her lack of care for this whole thing is pathetic. Just in it for the profit not the quality. Such a disgrace to the construction industry. Her unprofessional attitude towards it all is disgusting. To anyone out there looking into this company for work or to buy townhomes built by this company I would keep moving on. These homes where built sloppy an look sloppy just like this companies workers an management."

"Presto homes admitted to improperly filing lien information even though they had been paid in full. 10 business days later and it has still not been removed even though they admitted that they made a mistake and were paid in full years earlier. No customer service and no care that this is costing others money due to their negligence."
