"$80 cancellation fee charged, for events out of my control, to the card on file without allowing you to plan your finances. I understand needing to still pay people that were scheduled to help you, but it's telehealth and $80 is more than I pay out of pocket for an actual visit. It's predatory. Update: when asking for an itemized statement to see why one session was close to double the price they refused to provide a breakdown of charges. Further update: itemized request was provided by the rep after 5 requests and demand for followup from his manager. The clinic owner became aware of my review and reached out, by her own admission hasn't even known the situation was happening, providing the itemized statement and asking for more details about what happened -- I provided my experience but it wasn't deemed worthy of a response. Edit: they refunded the cancelation fee"
