"One of the most abhorrent fleecing/scam operations masquerading as "treatment" I've ever encountered. Worked with them for over 2 months, and paying/attending every part, before being notified that the UA/tests had not been clean and would be required to restart. More people need to know this - over 2 years later, they are still attempting to bill me and my insurance, and have altered dates, test results, and times for something long past any relevance. They employ two people, one who puts on a face and the other who is unafraid to show her true colours. They are a recommended/certified treatment center for DUI and similar, but have done nothing aside from take thousands of dollars, mislead clients such as myself with missing paperwork and denial under the guise of "our records show" with zero accountability or oversight with their actions. I pity anyone who is trapped in their system, and beg anyone who needs true help or is mandated by the legal system, to avoid them at all costs. What I, and many others to which I have spoken with under confidentiality, is nothing less than a travesty and a life-altering failure that is an affront to both the "health" and "care" of the "healthcare" system in this country. My hope is that others will see this, and the testimony of others; realize that Crossroads operates in a gray area of care that continues to plague a system meant to help, yet ends up doing more harm than good and while simultaneously robbing those who truly need help of both their time and money. Crossroads Treatments & Counseling deserves a thorough investigation, a hold on any license for treatments, and a deep investigation into their business practices before they can harm anyone else for the sake of the pockets of the people who run it."

"This place is an absolute nightmare. Had to restart court ordered treatment with a new location and lost tons of money to this scam "treatment". They can't keep track of paperwork, financial conversations, and they discuss other clients personal information with anybody. It should be shut down. One group a client was told they needed to seek a counselor if they wanted that kind of service. This was said BY THE COUNSELOR. The person who runs it is incapacitated by illness. They just want to run secondary punishment. If you are truly seeking help there are places you can go that still meet court requirements. This place is just here to harass and belittle people by a couple people with a superiority complex. It's really sad. Plenty of people need help and are open to it, and deserve to take their mistakes as a chance to turn things around. This establishment is vile and shocking. It's good they are in operation though, because the employees would just be tarnishing the name of some other facility actually trying to help people. If you are reading the reviews for this place I would like to end by saying this. Good luck, you can do it, and there is real help out there. But not here at Crossroads. 0 stars is too many. I should be able to rate -5 stars."
