"It was extremely difficult for me to get any prescriptions filled as I would have an appt with my doc and then have to call the office multiple times to get them to send my prescription in. While annoying, this wasn’t any reason to stop seeing them. The turning point for me was when my doctor doubled my anxiety medication dosage and about 6 days into taking it, I started having symptoms of serotonin syndrome. Obviously that isn’t their fault, but I called the office the day after having a serious panic attack looking for advice on if I should continue taking the higher dosage or if I should go back to my normal dose. The office staff said they’d personally call me back after speaking with the doctor. I didn’t get a call back for a WEEK and had to get medical care elsewhere in the meantime just to be told what to do about my dosage. This was unacceptable to me. I had never had panic attacks before and so it was very scary for me. I hope they learn from this experience and take their patients seriously and actually call them back when they need help."
"Run, don't walk, away from this practice. I've been consistently treated here for 6 months and can say with confidence you will be better served elsewhere. Few major issues- the office staff could not care less about patients and makes fake promises/reassurances over and over again. We had a medical emergency and tried to reach the provider with "urgent" messages 3 times and each time we were assured that the person (receptionist) we were speaking with would call us back after they heard back, and that has never happened. For two patients treated at this location in our household, I have heard the "I personally will call you back" line from at least 4-5 different staff members on about 9 occasions, and have literally never received a return call a single time. Second major issue- they will delay or simply not send in your prescriptions for no apparent reason. They insist they will submit the prescription and call you back, and then the weekend rolls around and the office staff leaves, leaving the patient high and dry with no essential medication. If you value your mental health, seek care elsewhere."
"I was able to obtain vital appointments within a 48 hour timeframe or LESS. The counselors were professional, warm, and easy to communicate with. When a doctor was late to a virtual meeting, she extended our time together, apologized, and handled it perfectly. I have had 3 different types of appointments with just as many counselors/doctors. I look forward to my continued care."
"If I could give zero, I really would. The provider I had was not great at all. Not engaging, forgot things that are more than important, rescheduled an appointment without even discussing with me, and was always late 5-10 mins for the session, which was always scheduled 1-2 wks prior, and ended 5 mins before the hour was up. Not only is that not professional, but there wasn’t any acknowledgment of it at all. Also even though I was pretty thorough on my intake forms, my first intake session was very redundant asking me the same exact questions that I already answered and provided. Seemed like she didn’t even read them at all before coming to the session. I had a therapist before so this is not by any means my first rodeo. Also had a separate appointment that was upcoming for a prescription, which was booked a month or more prior, got cancelled today without providing me an option to reschedule first. Don’t even get me started on their phone service with billing or scheduling dept. Just utter disappointment with this huge institution that cares (well they should care more) for patients/clients with mental health concerns but who shows little to no regards."
"I’ve been working with Cynthia for over a year now & I have truly enjoyed my experience. I like the virtual therapy approach as it works best with my schedule. I missed my first appointment due to a work conflict & they were still able to reschedule me. My provider relocated to Colorado & I'm grateful that I’m able to work with her. I’m now seeking medication management at this same clinic. They’ve made some changes to their online model that I believe improve the experience. Would recommend!"
