"You need to keep your drivers in check. One of your drivers came in and falsely claimed I was profiling him when he was in my store earlier this afternoon. My manager tells me to watch everyone in the store. He's not special. He shouted all these assumptions about me to my face. All of which were wrong."

"I’m changing my review. The employees at the actual physical location of the FedEx warehouse in Portland are AMAZING!!! The FedEx customer service people are terrible!!! If you are getting the run around on the phone like I have MANY times -just go to the actual warehouse and talk to a real humyn being. The main FedEx customer service agents that are located in various places around the world are chained to their script and act like robots and definitely don’t care at all if you get your package. FedEx used to be the best shipping company but unfortunately now they are not."

"Worst customer service ever. No way to call facility to talk to anybody. Have to deal with foreign customer service with agents that do not speak English well at all. Hard to understand addresses, numbers and letters when they speak. Competent multilingual Hispanic here and couldn't understand much. Kept trying to deliver to my old address after I moved, kept telling me my package was heading back to origin in China, kept fixing daily and telling me it was good to pick up next day but wasn't. Was supposedly on trucks. Incompetence at its finest!"

"FedEx, for a number of years, has had extremely delayed (often weeks) deliveries for most products I had ordered. This seems to have been mostly fixed in the last year, so that's nice. On the other hand, they are literally the only delivery service that almost without fail (I think I can remember a single exception) refuses to honor the delivery instructions that are specified on all of my packages and in their app, which request delivery to the back porch (to avoid package theft). They don't even try to do a half-job by putting it behind the gate or out of sight, it's always put right in the middle of the welcome mat, fully visible from the street. Really obnoxious. Literally whenever possible, I recommend choosing another delivery provider. UPS is - by far - the most reliable, from my experience (used to be a tie with USPS, but the last couple of years they've gotten less reliable, while UPS is still great)."
