"A-1 Mini Storage is one of the best storage facilities I have ever used. They have a super friendly staff that are as helpful as you could ask for. On my first day I was unloading my truck and my helper stood me up so I sat there and had no other choice but to ask the property manager if he could help me unload my heavy item, and he was happy to help. He then informed me that they have a variety of moving aids such as locks, boxes, even hand dollies to move the heavier boxes when unloading. The have decent hours 8-5. But they are in the process of installing a keypad for the gated which they said will allow them to be open longer. So i can't wait for that. All in all I think A-1 days it. Top notch facility and top notch staff. The property is well kept and i would highly recommend these guys."
"This place stepped up the service and friendliness. When I first moved in I dreaded the experience I had with the older managers. But this new guy and the young lady at the counter are awesome. Both of these new people are a real pleasure, they're supportive and make you feel important. What a great team you have here at A1. I'm so glad I didn't move out and I'm excited to have my stuff here and your staff managing this facility. To your success!!"
