"The corporate office should send someone to walkthrough, review, and re-train these folks on very basic customer service. When you finally get in touch with someone place your order for propane and they give you a day at least a week away that it will arrive, that day comes and goes without any contact from them. So you call back a few days later, they say they have no idea how that could have happened. So they give another day that they will be there to refill the propane....that day also comes and goes without any contact from them. So you wait 48 hours and call back, they say they will upgrade your request and it will arrive within 72 hrs. That day comes and goes without them reaching out to offer any type of explanation for why it's around 3 weeks since you first placed your order, and still, nobody has arrived or reached out. The neighbors in the area said they had the same problems, so they had to go elsewhere. I absolutely understand that now."

"The customer service provided is subpar and unreliable. While some field service technicians are satisfactory, the performance of the office staff, dispatch scheduling, and management is consistently lacking. It is likely that the founder of this company would be extremely disappointed in the current state of affairs."

"I have 500 gallon tank and was told minimum delivery is now 200 gallons, was 100 gallons before. What difference does in make to Ferrellgas if they are filling 250 or 500 gallon tank?"

"I rarely write reviews. But I am new in town. It should be advertised that this place is not convienent for Motorhomes. The worker was nice but it was a terribly. Inconvenient experience. Dont go and find out why. Its too bad. I like to experience local. Good luck."

"Our Ferrellgas serviceman has been not only very professional at doing his job, but is informative when asked questions about our tanks or service. The staff in the office is very helpful and courteous also when I call with a billing or delivery question. I am very pleased with Ferrellgas as my propane supplier."
