"I wish I could say this is the first or even the second time that my print order has been wrong, but we have so few options on this side of town for professional level short run printing, I just keep going back even though I know better. This time, I ordered five 8 1/2 x 11, 80 lb cover, 4/0, no bleed. It's a very clean file even though there are no cut lines. They are Valentine cards. I paid an obscene amount of money to have those pieces of paper cut in half for me so that I could just worry about the horizontal cuts (last time, even though there were cut lines, my horizontal cuts look like they had been done with eyes closed and paper on the bias so I figured I would do them myself and not create problems where I don't have to) I showed up, and she handed me a single uncut sheet of 32 lb bond. That was it, that was my whole print order. When I explained the problem, she told me I was wrong and I'm getting exactly what I ordered. Bad start. (And at this part, who knows what went wrong. I know what I filled in online, I remember selecting 80 lb cover and five pages, what sense does it make to order six Valentine's on copy paper, it might have reset my preferences when I added that $3 cut, who knows who cares all we can do is move forward) When I realized I would get no empathy, I moved on to reparative measures and started trying to send her my file so that we could start over. At this point she offered to remedy the situation by providing the cut that I overpaid for, she wanted to cut that 32 lb bond in half for me. That single sheet of paper, she actually offered to cut it in half. I'm really angry at this point, I crumple it into a ball and continue looking for my file to send to her. It takes her a few minutes to catch up, and let me know that she has my file already. Hallelujah. She prints it, and I pay full price for everything. Because of course! Why should they provide any degree of customer service at all? I head over to the cutter in store, which was dull, and proceed to muddle through cutting my cards with no trim lines (it's an Etsy file, you can't get everything). While I am cutting, after I complained about the dull blade and she came over to explain why it was my fault, I had the privilege of overhearing another customer come in only to have their print order wrong. Thank the universe it's not me, it's them oh it's them. Don't do it. Print it yourself, draw it by hand, use NCR paper, anything. Stay away from these horrible toxic anti-customer service negative Nelly nightmare people."
"I have an eBay store and drop at this location at least 4 days a week. My shipping volume is high and I give FedEx lots of my business!! Today I went in to drop off a couple of boxes and the Karen behind the counter instantly started to lecture me about how my box had a bulge at the top and it was dangerous to ship things when packaged in that way. The bulge was less than a half inch higher than the box edge I explained that it was just a bit of extra bubble wrap for protection and she literally rolled her eyes at me. Then before I could take a breath she said that she would not take the box because it had a dangerous goods sticker on it. That sticker was only about 1/4 there as I had taken most of it off while boxing the items inside. So I went to remove the remaining corner of the sticker and she firmly said to me in a very condescending way β I will not accept this box it clearly has something dangerous in it!β It was a used box, with a partial sticker left on it. The box had glassware inside it. I will NEVER ever go back to this place. Unbelievably bad customer service!!"

Highly appreciate his hard work and efficiency today, was in and out within 10 minutes. I will be recommending this location to friends and coworkers in the area."

"I was there Friday, received excellent customer service, she also acknowledged those who came into the store. 5 stars to her. Was in there Thursday, the young man was not cheerful the store got busy he did not acknowledge them. When I got home I found out he messed up my copies. Not happy. It was only 2 dollars worth and he messed it up. 2 stars. Needs more training."
