"Please be aware this counselor’s ethical conduct is questionable. This counselor chose to ignore the parenting plan orders related to the counseling of the children. Even though these recommendations came from a psychiatrist. This is very well documented. After father raised multiple concerns relating to this counselors ethical conduct such as why she charged him on his card multiple times at night when he wasn’t the responsible paying party on the account and it was done without his knowledge or consent she refused to return the payment and said she never wants to deal with him again. This counselor also failed to provide the treatment plans and advice on how to help the children even after multiple requests.
