"Lady didn’t want to put my car cover in a box so she made me tape shipping label to the cover and days later I find out the shipping label came off and my package was missing. THEY DONT CARE!"

"Multiple times now they have either blatantly skipped my building and address (have had people sit outside and wait and watch only to see no deliveries attempted), or have just said my address doesn’t exist/isn’t valid. We have envelopes make it through all the time - along with a couple large boxes with no issue but it seems medium packages are too much work for the poor postman? Even went inside to physically pick up my package to avoid the issue entirely but the rude lady in the front could not figure out how to type the tracking code even when holding my phone or me reading it out very slowly. She acted like it doesn’t exist and that I’m the problem/that I’m stupid every time. I was showing the direct informed delivery webpage for it. After 5 tries she finally got it to show up. Said it’s in the building. Then just stared at me??? I asked if I can take it now and she said “I don’t know where it’s at you’ll get it tomorrow” and just blankly stared at me again. Like jUST GO HAND IT TO ME?? Now today they refused to deliver it because apparently the address is incorrect despite being the EXACT SAME as all the other mail we have gotten. I swear to god if they send it back to the company I ordered it from and waste over $140… Never seen a post office this incompetent and that’s saying a lot since I used to live in a swamp. I’d hate to know how they treat time-sensitive medications."

"Often refuses to deliver my packages sighting it as not real (it obviously is), send it back immediately and doesn’t give me the option to go there and get it. On top of that they consistently say the usps website is wrong and had entered info wrong and told me I was the one who messed up."

"One of the people who picks up the mail from the outside bin is super nice and friendly, if she sees me driving up she'll take my mail as she heads back inside, my work schedule sometimes makes me barely make it to the post office, so I really appreciate this act of kindness. She is the only reason for the extra star. But the older man who sometimes fills in for her is very rude, often will avoid eye contact and walk right past you when you pull up to the mailbox. :( Wish he'd just take my mail real quick! It's not like there's a line of 20 people and it won't take two seconds... Also, USPS refund policy kinda sucks. If you mail international and it gets returned due to damage or anything, even if its not your fault, good luck getting a refund because the postal admin here will invent a way to avoid giving you a refund. If you enter customs info for the items in the package make sure you are descriptive as possible because I once tried to mail some spools of thread and they got returned for containing LIQUID.... apparently the monkeys that US customs employs can't tell if something contains liquid or not... No refund for me because I didn't write a good enough description on my customs form, despite the fact that I receive shipments of the thread with the exact same description every month from overseas with no issues. Still No refund. Had to pay over 20 bucks to ship the thing again."
