"Both the office staff and laborers have an absolutely impeccable standard of quality. Not only was my current issue resolved (swiftly) but while setting up the appointment they took the time to troubleshoot and brainstorm ideas to solve the overall issues at hand so as to facilitate a long term game plan since our problem seems to be a recurring one that crops up about once a year. since I do a fair amount of business with the local Roto-Rooter I can assure you that this is not a one off circumstance, I stand my review for each and every interaction I have had with them."

"Had a clog in main line I couldn't get out. I worked on it for 2 days with 2 different snakes. They came out and got the clog done within few minutes since they have the right equipment. Greatly appreciated thank you. Definitely will use them again if needed."

"Very poor customer service, 3 tips were broken off in our drain by 2 different guys, they didn't have the tools to retrieve them. One even suggested calling a different company. They still are trying to charge us $450 and the tips are still in the drain... the manager and receptionist weren't helpful at all..do yourself a favor and call Dave at Econo Rooter. Update:11/4/20 Long process but finally resolved. I had a very reasonable conversation with the manager and she is willing to work with us in lowering the bill! We will still have to hire a contractor/plumber to extract the broken snake tips, but things happen... It has been a difficult year for everyone.."

"The work by Scott was great. He no longer works there. They have turn over so everyone you call you get a different person. My account is still under the wrong name, almost a yr later. I paid by Visa, it didn't get processed. They still don't have the correct address. If you dare to use them, document everything, record all your phone calls. I've never delt with such an unorganized circus"
