"I have never had any issues with the service here. Everybody is always friendly and helpful. Generally in and out pretty quick but then I try to avoid rush hour as it were. Lots of parking and the grounds & building are tidy."

"Initially this branch was poised for high marks. They were ok to assist a mutual client with a Medallion Stamp. Unfortunately, while a representative remained professional he was apologetic; due to someone else making a call that negated assisting our mutual client "unless" assets were transferred in. Compelling a "this for that" when a client has lost a loved one and is simply needing their signature professional verified by a financial institution should not be an opportunity to drive business (you should earn it). It is sad that this is the way that leadership at this facility aim to "help" - may those that truly do help, find a better company to align themselves with."

"Just like everyone in Lincoln City, the people in this branch are the friendliest! Their internet went down while I was there and they didn't get frazzled or frustrated, they initiated conversations and answered general account questions. I felt like I've known them for a long time! When a business makes you feel like a real human instead of a "client", you feel it and you want to go back."

"Update: Our accounts were closed without an explanation. They give you an 800 number to call but no one answers at that number. The bank staff won’t tell you anything and US Bank just can’t seem to be honest with us about it. We had checking, savings, and a credit card. They said we can continue to use the credit card if we liked, I assume because they make money on that. One of the worst experiences I have had with a bank. I highly recommend TLC. They are much more friendly and professional and they appreciate your business. Original 5 star review: Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
