"Went in to ask about getting my fiancé 's ring repaired. There was a woman at the counter assisting an older couple. When we entered we were not greeted, though I did exchange a smile with the attendant. We milled around for abiut 10- 15 minutes while she conversed with the other couple. Beautiful collection on display. We ended at the original case she was standing by, waited for another 3-5 minutes just standing. I exchanged another glance with the attendant, but she did not ask if we wanted to see anything if we needed any help or had any questions. I felt very dismissed. I understand looking at a younger couple, one could assume they were just browsing. However, given that we stood and waited I would expect at least a verbal acknowledgment. I was prepared to discuss ring repair and commit to it if they were able. There were also some beautiful cameo rings that I was interested to look at to purchase (my mother and I collect them). I am very disappointed that we were not asked once if we needed anything, or at the very least "I'll be right with you" the gallery is beautiful, the service was anything but."
