Or confused by her recommendations. I am honestly so very grateful to have been in her care, at a very hard time. She is such a blessing."

"I’m writing this to validate anyone else who may have felt their interaction with this Dr was “off.” Her mannerisms are unsettling and it’s clear she enjoys chaos— which is a personal choice but not typically the vibe I’m looking for in a life and death medical situation. Her medical advice caused immense emotional turmoil, trauma and frustration. Based on my experience I would say she is excited about opportunities to do surgery and see someone devastated. I found research on my own and asked for a second drs opinion all within the span of ~18 hrs to confirm the scheduled surgery was unnecessary. Thankfully, didn’t get the surgery and recovered well on my own. It’s incredibly difficult to get ahold of someone at WHA but they seem to have twice the amount of staff available to call you about a bill. Dr Eustis- If you’re reading this, Patient care doesn’t come naturally to you and you may need some support figuring out how to “do no harm.” You’re clearly smart if you’ve made it this far— so maybe read some books, breathing exercises, idk whatever you want to help bring a more grounded demeanor to your healthcare environment. Note: she was also wearing a loose cloth mask during the height of the omicron wave of the pandemic."

"0 stars. My wife had to undergo a procedure after a miscarriage at 12 weeks. Dr eustis preformed the surgery, she was calloused and unpleasant, her office never followed up to check on her, and 5 days after the surgery my wife had heavy bleeding. Her office took 2 hours to return her call and basically said dont worry your fine. After going to the er that night we discoverd that the bleeding was due to the procedure being done incorrectly and had to be redone. Had my wife taken their advice she likely would have died had we not gotten the bleading under control. Thank god she trusted her instincts and sought medical care from a competent medical team. Now they are trying to cover their bases and are reaching out because they know there was a medical emergency because of their incompetence. Im not one to leave reviews but i dont want anyone else to have to go through this situation."
