"This was supposed to have been a bouquet of beautiful pink stargazer lillies with a mix of red roses! It was for my son's girlfriend for Valentines Day because he couldn't be home with her. Considering the bouquet cost OVER $100 I expected her to be OVERWHELMED by their beauty upon opening her door. Instead she got 1 red rose and the lillies weren't even open as you can see in the picture.. They had specific instructions on when to deliver (3:30 pm) but she didn't get them until after 7pm and ONLY AFTER I called to find out why they hadn't delivered them yet. The lady said they had attempted to deliver them and called several times. The girlfriend said she had only missed 1 call. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this florist unless you can physically see their products before purchasing. I feel like I was taken advantage of and since they didn't produce what I paid for, should refund my money. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY SENT THIS AS A BOUQUET"
