"I have had 2 experiences with ODEC. I took a class with ODEC to help lower insurance and the man who was my instructor was extremely kind and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helped a lot. When I took my driver's test there, I was matched with someone named Lindsey. She was over 10 minutes late and didn't seem to care. During my test, she didn't even make me do the reversing. She did pass me, but didnt give much info after, and didnt seem to care much. ODEC has some great employees but at the same tome some pretty bad ones too."

He understood I wasn't familiar with the company vehicle, and allowed me to familiarize myself with it before beginning the test. He was very calm and made me feel at ease while driving. "My wife was given a man named chris her name is mendez. She took a drivers test and it seems that he poorly judged her and i know it because i followed behind them from a distance in my car and made my way back before they could reach the facility in time. After i arrived back my wife stated that the instructor got straight out of the car and did not ask her if she had any questions, gave her no feedback and only gave her the paper. after this only then, when my wife told me after how the experience was, did we go back up the elevator to the third floor to speak in person to this man and he made different accusations against my wife’s driving ability. Furthermore, as I had followed behind their vehicle to go towards the mall to get coffee, I saw nothing of instances that occurred in a negative impact other than a sudden breaking on the bridge. My wife said that she did not do that and she attempted to break before reaching the end of the bridge to turn the car only for it to speed up and only then when they made it towards the end, did he break check the car even though she pressed the brake and stated to him that the needle was not going down and staying in the middle. After today we got an appointment with the DMV for December 29 and the only reason I went through the schools was because we couldn’t get an appointment for a long time with the DMV. I wouldn’t go here after seeing how my wife was judged by some poorly caring instructor where there is no indication of speed on the first turn, which my wife drove 25 on which is the law for areas with no speed signs. Also, in this picture he put on the back where the road is. That she swerved out of the lane and back into it, but also went into it which makes no sense. My wife also did pay attention to coming out of the parking spot. She told the instructor and me. That she paid attention to all three mirrors while backing up and watch for cars. And yet he marked her in lack of attention. In general, it’s sad that I had to follow this car only to see that my wife didn’t do as bad as this man appears it to be. Good luck to this because most people seem to not be liking that about Jennifer either the other instructor"
