"I am a 75-year-old attorney who currently practices law solely for family and friends. I recently was involved with a complicated case involving a mixed-use condominium where the Association, controlled by a small faction of resident owners, employed exceptionally egregious tactics to target and harm the smaller group of commercial owners. She particularly shined at a highly contentious Annual Meeting, where she faced attacks that most lawyers would not have had the fortitude to withstand.
