Reviews
"I love that I switched banks! It is obvious that Wafd bank is concerned with the security of my funds with the extra measures taken to safeguard my accounts. The ladies working there make me feel like family every time I go in. It's always a great experience, and it sets me up for a great mood throughout the day."
"excellent customer service. they were very helpful and communicative during my opening of a new business account. HIGHLY recommended this branch for everyday banking!"
"My family has been banking with this branch for over 15 years and have always found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and caring. Raynette in particular genuinely cares for her customers and takes the time out of her busy day making you feel cared for. A breath of fresh air!"
"I just moved to Waldport and I've been deciding between 1st Security or WaFd to open a checking and savings account. I got my answer today. I went into WaFd for a couple rolls of quarters. The teller wanted my drivers license and proceeded to do data input for well over 15 minutes. She asked for my social security number. She wanted to know my last place of employment and then she wanted to know what kind of work I did. At that point I left. I think these people take bets on how long it'll take to get rid of the person wanting quarters. It's a really shabby way to treat the community where your business is. Please don't even bother with your computer generated response to this."
"Kudos to Krysti and Raynette at the Waldport branch of Washington Federal for their very capable assistance today with some complicated account changes related to Medicaid requirements. There's no substitute for good people when you need help with banking needs. I am grateful for their kindness and dedication!"
