"It was an unpleasant experience from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was rude and didn't wait on me for 5 minutes. I was the only patient in the clinic at the time so that was inexcusable. The nurse was rude. The doctor was ambivalent, uncaring, and abrasive. She refused to answer a direct, simple question, and instead replied "I don't know". I'm going to assume that she isn't a complete idiot so her lack of response was based on the fact that she didn't want to be bothered. The nurse asked me to undress for an exam, but the doctor refused to conduct my yearly exam. She told me that my PCP take care of that."
