"I will only go back to this Dr if I am desperate and can't get in to anyone else. During my first appointment with Dr Lin she asked me "why didn't you come in sooner"? Nice way to start an appointment by shaming me for seeing other Drs the past few years prior to seeing her! Then BEFORE any lab results were seen she diagnosed me with a condition that no one would want, it is a life long condition. I was naturally upset and ended up crying, she asked me if I wanted a "hug" and told me from now on I needed to come in much sooner. I was pretty upset from her diagnosis and went in around a few weeks later only to find out that the lab results showed that I DIDNT have the condition she diagnosed me with!!! WHY would you diagnose someone before you have seen the lab results??! I asked her what the cause was and she said quite snarkily "I don't know!" I left that appointment very frustrated and still worried that I had what she had diagnosed me with. I made another appointment, but this time it was fortunately with a Dr who was substituting at the clinic. I asked her if I could possibly have what the other Dr diagnosed me with and she said " no, the lab results do not show it and I see no evidence of it." SO Dr Jennifer Lin diagnosed me with something I didn't have. And she was rude to top it off. Now I am not a Dr, but wouldn't it make more sense to suggest someone may have a condition but state, "let's wait until the labs are back," or not even mention it until you know for certain?!"
