"I highly recommend Rainy Peak Bicycles. I brought in my bike because the tire kept popping off the rim and I couldn't figure out how to fix it myself. Although there were were a couple of drop-offs before me, my bike was still ready within an hour. The shop owner explained the reason for the problem and how to avoid it happening again. He only charged me for the small amount of time it took him to diagnose and fix the problem. Great customer service all around."
"Chris, the owner was a great person to deal with for our rentals. Everything from him was excellent; flexibility to accommodate our schedule, the bikes, rental rates and good advice. Some advice was for maintenance of the bikes we own! Would deal with him again in a heartbeat. 16 mile Row River trail is nice, some very scenic sections by the lake."
"The shop owner is a gem to the biking community. My mother and I came to the shop a few months back to have our bikes put together professionally. After a quick look to make sure they were up to standard they agreed to put them together. After a few weeks wait and a phone call later our worst fears came true. The bikes were unsafe and were better used to fill space in a landfill then be ridden by any safety concious individual. To our surprise they refused total compensation and instead urged us to throw the bikes away and leave the unopened one unopened. I have rarely met anyone from any profession who takes their role as seriously and have only a handful of times met someone as professional and enthusiastic. My bike is still garbage and I can't wait for the day to come back and purchase an actual bike from this shop and not a safety hazard from some unknown online shop. Thanks a million times over and I can't wait to come back in."
"Got a vintage bike that was at one point a wall hanger. Once these guys were done, I had a art piece that could handle the weight of a adult rider. Great service Would recommend to everyone."
"Walked in needing two bikes to go out on a 40 mile out and back Row River rail to trail and these guys that run the shop were AMAZING- great knowledge and tips- great bike prep- so friendly and personable- returning the bikes was a breeze also- we will definitely be renting next time around!!"
