"Absolutely horrible transportation service for kids. This year has been the worst. Last year they were 30 minutes late all year consistently. The bus driver this year screamed at my kindergartener and I made a complaint. has driven past my kids standing on the street twice. My son has told me she snaps at him and his sister. Lisa The bus driver is a bully to little kids and is the training coordinator so she thinks she can get away with treating families like trash. This will not continue. I will be contacting management and the schools principal and superintendent. Avoid this woman being near your kids if at all possible."

"My son is heading into the 1st grade, and has been using 4j transportation for the last three years. Sure, there's always room for improvement, just as in any company - but they all really work their butts off! The office staff, the drivers, all of them! I can't even imagine how much work goes into planning all of their routes, alternate routes, snow routes, etc., and the fact that my son's morning bus came at EXACTLY the same time every morning, was such a big help. And right from the very beginning, the entire staff made such a huge effort to make me feel more comfortable with putting my precious child on their busses, and they've made my little boy feel safe when he's away from mommy.
