Then increased our storage rates 5x with only 11 days notice (in the midst of late December holidays). Many emails and phone calls were ignored. There have been multiple conspicuous staff departures and it's gotten very hard to understand what is going on with management (other than horrible business practices and the worst customer service). Avoid if at all possible."
