"Bob is rude claming “hes the fairest driver you’ll ever have” BUT NO I WANT TO SIT WITH MY FRIENDS AND I CANT PLZ FIRE HIM"
"Bus drivers are lazy and inept. They are late on EVERY route, EVERY day, coming and going. They keep trying to drop off my kids HALF A MILE from my house! IN AN EMPTY FIELD!!!! There is ZERO excuse to create unsafe environment for children, especially young children. The actions of the bus drivers show kids that they are not the priority, they do not need to work hard in order to get a paycheck, and they never need to consider anyone else's feelings or schedules. They may simply do as they wish. I will not tolerate the unsafe conditions they are creating for our children, NOR will I ever apologize for speaking out against their neglect, disorganization and waste of taxpayer dollars hiring obviously unfit drivers who are wholly inept. I WILL be calling in formal complaints EVERY day."
"The person who answered the phone in this office is very rude. It is normal that parents has a lot of questions for the safety of our kids. We deserve it, we pay taxes. FYI, the reason why our children rides the bus because we parents are busy working at the hospital saving lives. Do your part and be kind."
"We have been using the bus service for almost 2 month and we have had a number of issues from pickup information to drop off times. We were told our pick up time was 8:40, our bus is usually late and it's been cold and wet so we usually watch for the bus out the window. After doing this for a few days my daughter was told she had to be outside 2 minutes before pick up time. Again that's 8:40 but we usually see the bus at 8:42. Today however we went outside at 8:38 and the us was driving away. I called the office and they tried arguing with me saying the buses gps said it was at my house at 8:40. She then told me I was a liar when I told her I was told she had to be out there 2 minutes before the bus comes. She saids no one told me that cause cause per district it's 5 minutes before. She was rude and very unprofessional. I will be reaching out to go above her and talk to someone about her behavior."
"Angie was/Is an amazing bus driver for Bus 16. During this time she isnt on the route but Michael and Chris are and just as amazing. They are friendly and always smiling. During this time of social distancing they are out there in public and my kids enjoy seeing them. Thank you both for putting their Thank you Card up in your bus window. It made the kids day! We appreciate you!"
