"Victor promises to call back in 2hours and then never does. I’ve had to contact him multiple times after promising to deliver my truck only to realize he doesn’t actually intend to do so. Waste of time and terrible service."
"Awful. There was zero and very limited communication, if there was any, I (and / or) the dispatcher had to force it out of him. I never got a ETA. The car sat at the 1/2 way point for roughly a week because it was “too low” to get onto the regular trailer. Luckily, he asked if he could use a fork lift and if I had a fork lift (I shot that down fast) unlike the Datsun 510 experience shared by another reviewer. The car arrived safe and sound, no issues or extra damage on the vehicle. Avoid this company at all costs. Communication doesn’t matter to them."
"Date : 11/15/2022 I got my Datsun 510 shipped to NYC from Oregon. i would NOT recommend this Transport LLC comp. 1st: They not good with communicating with their customers. I understand that what purchased is a project car BUT not a Junk car; The vehicle had 4 brand new tires and when it arrive to NY on the tow truck i notice that it had a flat tire but didnt question it because i assumed it was just a simple flat but when the driver drop the car off and left, I tried to put air and I notice that the air was escaping from the back (inner side wall tire). This must have been when they used their forklift to lift the datsun to transport truck. This also created by the impact of the forklift to bend one of the innner tie rods and damage to the rubber tire which the damage is a Large cut about 3 inches wide or more 2nd: The reason i purchased this datsun 510 was because it was a solid clean project with most of its molding intact from what i can see in pictures and videos that the owner personally sent me. Now the lower passager side molding is all dented and damaged as well. If i had to purchase the tire, tie rods and the molding (rare) it would cost about $455.00 + . It is unfair that I paid them what they asked for which is $2000.00 to ship my datsun and then i recieved it damaged and not how i seen it in pictures/videos. I notice the molding was bended/damage and was going to let it pass until i also notice the tire was damaged & the tie rod bended/damage. That is why i am leaving this review and if he wants pictures i will gladly sent them. Again NOT recommended - other people might be luckier than me; well i wasn't so lucky good luck out there and hope you guys get your cars the way you purchase them"
"Had a car shipped from OR to CO. Victor's price was fair and he was always available to talk via phone in regards to any questions or issues. After speaking with many brokers with unclear terms/pricing etc. Victor's towing seemed like the logical choice. He had the car picked up immediately and had it shipped within the timeframe that we agreed upon. When there was a potential issue regarding the title being transported with the car Victor jumped right on it and tried to correct the problem, no questions asked. The issue actually ended up being on my end - the title was thought to be missing, but was actually just hidden in the cab of the car. I've shipped a few cars in the past between TX, IL, and CO and have to say that this was probably the most comfortable transaction of the bunch for me."
"No honest American would ever accept payment for a service they had not delivered. Vitaly Gritsiouk is not honest. I paid $900 for 2 day rush service, and as of the writing of this review 2 weeks later my vehicle is missing in action. I have no idea where it is. I was charged $150 for a "non running vehicle fee", even though my vehicle is in perfect running order. He refuses to remove this fraudulent charge. I have no idea where my vehicle is. Company did not communicate with me, did not communicate with the receiving garage, and his simply stolen my car, refusing to take my calls, after taking payment. I was charged over $300 for services I did not authorize or receive. I am filing claims with the Oregon State attorney General."
