"This particular location does have very nice employees. Unfortunately they are not properly trained. I asked to open a specific account and wanted all the fine print associated with the document. The loan officer produced a document but this document did not make any mention to an annual fee. The loan officer failed to produce the proper documents. Only after it was processed did the document get produced. Turns out their was a fee and a whole sheet. The manager produced this however this was after the transaction. I feel the employees are not trained correctly or understand all products they are offering. When a customer asks for all rates/fees associated with this product the fiduciary duty of that loan officer is to produce it. Not for profit credit Union...."

I was stunned no wait let me try to keep you. This company is gone from credit union to big bank. They have lost their customer service skills completely.
