Alex made the loan process as smooth as possible and was always there to answer any questions any time of the day whether through text, phone call or email. He was timely and went above and beyond explaining the details of the documents and processes since my husband and I had many questions since we are new homebuyers. Being able to sign all our documents electronically was a plus and made the process really smooth.
