"Do not use this lady! Valerie just tried to sabotage our deal because I brought my own realtor to help make the deal. I tried to work with Valerie before on other deals and she was a flake. Backed out of it because of her unethical behavior. On this deal she would not give the seller our offers and they ended up paying over $12,000 of rent costs alone because she wouldn't give them the offer. We ended up having togo around her to the sellers and property owner themselves. They had no idea we had put offers on the table. 2 weeks before the deal she was still telling them there were no offers. We made the deal happen and the sellers got the price they were asking for but Valerie had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately it ended up costing the sellers so much unnecessary money during a pandemic that had already cost them so much. . Businesses in her own town aren't using her because of her flaky unethical behavior. Get another realtor who will have your best interests in mind. This lady won't!"
