"If I could give this storage unit less than a one star, I would. My father trusted this location for years. Between June of 2023 and December 2023, his unit had been repeatedly broken into. Between those 5-6 months, there had been no efforts to contact him via phone or email. Thousands of dollars worth of property were stolen and others broken. It took until we physically came to the storage unit that we discovered the unit had been burglarized. The employees excuse was that my father's number did not work and they had undergone management changes, so emails were not being sent. Storage units are supposed to be for long term storage and should be trusted with this task. Additionally, do NOT use U-HAUL's insurance policy. They claimed that there was no evidence of burglary. Absolutely do not trust this location."

"Truck broke down. Uhaul service was given an address 2 hours away. So on 27 degree weather. Had to wait about 5 hours for a service truck. Employees at Silverton Uhaul were awful to deal with. Unhelpful, rude. Suspect the Regional Manager Larry gave service the wrong address on purpose. Awful."

"I rented a trailer here. It was very affordable and the process was painless. I was worried that they would gouge me if I needed anything to hook up the trailer. Well, what I bought didn't work, but the one they sold me did, at a lower cost! Very flexible, easy return, and polite staff."

"Ridiculous fees. Payed for 60 miles drove 58 and they charged me for going over 5 miles. like I wasn't paying attention. Returned the vehicle with more fuel then was in it to start with and they said they will have to bill me for fueling costs anyway. Treated my elderly grandfather poorly as well to the point I was getting upset and stepped in. They also tack on a bunch of other fees upon returning the vehicle they don't inform you of until its to late. SHADY!"
