"Lady on the phone was extremely rude. Someone stole a package I had with a ring in it and she snarkly said the police will call them for that. FORGETTING this is Eugene the police dont investigate thefts as seriously, and they arent scheduled to come to my place and ask about it until 2 weeks from now. Yet, the lady that stole it likely would of taken it clearly to a pawn shop before then. I was thinking of someday before our move bringing some items here but with their rude staff, Ill go elsewhere."
