"This store love robbing people. I went in to buy The TBX pods which were 10.00 a piece the pics were 7.89. Was buying 2 of each of those should of come to 30.00 yet wanted to charge 60.00 for all four. Due the math, and tell me where the price came from? Place guitar parts under the wrong price tag and the customer thinks they are paying one price yet ring it up and is twice as much as it was shown. They never stand behind their warranty for the guitars. Pay full price for a used guitar that is hanging on the wall. I mean seriously paying full price for a guitar that is constantly being demoed. If it was brand new it would come in a box, correct? If the guitar parts are under the wrong price tag it should be honored instead of being told " yeah man, it was under the wrong price tag" no wonder the store looked like it was low on stock of things. This store truly should NOT BE OPENED. None of them should be., all the employees are rude and condescending towards customers."

"Just upgraded to my second guitar. This is my second time dealing with Todd. A true professional person, and a cornucopia of knowledge! Todd answered all my questions and helped me get the guitar that was right for me. Todd made the whole experience easy and delightful! "These people are nothing but money hungry scoundrels at the Eugene, Or store. They do not honor their return policy on brand new guitars. Spent over $1,500 (possibly more) in guitars, strings and parts and yet they still will not honor it. We did nothing to the guitar and yet was told the only option is to buy the protection package and then wait for a claim to be a approved in order to get any results from a damaged guitar that they sold us. When we did nothing to the guitar. The manager here is very unfriendly and is not willing to work with the customers. Always seems very critical towards customers and never smiles. When we did return one guitar we were treated like criminals and made it feel like we were lying. She acts like like she hates her job and that everyone that comes in and needs to return a guitar she treats them like they are lying or up to no good. This is in a critical place of the guitar and is in the area of a screw mounting place of the heal of the neck and to the body. This is a brand new guitar that they assumed he broke. We have bought multiple guitars from them and have not damaged a single one. They wont even tell you about return policies unless you ask."

"This store is great. They never try to sell you anything that isint in your budget. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to your needs and help as much as possible. Anything you buy has a 30 day return policy and they always do trade ins."
