"Susan did not take the time to learn my case. She would ask me the same questions over and over. Going into court she still didn't know what was going on and would cwer away from the judge instead of standing up for me. Told me by signing a paper i was just cooperating when in fact i was signing my rights away. She told me this AFTER getting me to sign said paper. Her guidance was zero to horrible. You would think someone who is meant to fight for you in court would take the time to get to know what they're fighting for the facts and even some details. That's what makes a great lawer someone who stands up for you and knows what their taking about and standing up for. Not someone going through the motions in order to get paid.
