"I routinely enlist the guys at Clemens to provide regular maintenance on my Sportsman 180. Although I didn’t buy my boat from them, (had a relative who wanted to sell their boat and wanted to keep that boat in the family) I had a very positive experience with Mark when I was looking to acquire a boat. He took the time to learn what my needs may be and was thorough about pointing out the pros and cons which helped me work thru that scenario easier. After deciding to buy the used boat from family, they assisted me in upgrading my main outboard to a larger size while being cautious to not oversize it, which was probably what I was leaning toward. Yes please! lol I’m finding as of late, that this attention to customer service is proving harder and harder to obtain from various different business around our area, no matter what you are willing to spend as a customer.
