"This place is the worst place to go to. They put used parts on my brother-in-laws truck to put in brand new AC in his dump truck and charged him $7000.00 to do it. We will be turning this company in to BBB. They are nothing but cheaters and liars and will take anyone they feel they can con. This place should NOT be doing business with anyone. Shame on you for doing this, how many other people have been taken for a ride by you?"

"BEWARE! Stay away from these guys. This place is like the 3 stooges open a garage. I was here because my TCM module went out, they told me I needed a new tranny! They had my truck 3WEEKS! To fix a part that takes 1 hour to instal! Charged me $2700!!! I swore then to never go back, but when I had warranty issues (that weren't covered BTW) It forced me back to that keystone cops shop. This time, it was a faulty wire harness, $600 part that I was told was fixed not once, not twice, but FOUR times. I paid my drivers 4 times to pick up my truck that wasn't fixed and had to have it towed 3 times because it broke down every time we drove it away!!! Only 1 time, it broke down while still in their parking lot! How they got so big and have earned the rep as the best Oregon has to offer, I can't figure that out. Finally the last time I was told it was fixed, it WAS!!! But when I sent my driver to get it, they kept him there an HOUR BECAUSE THEY LOST MY KEYS! They found a different key that worked in the ignition and a few days later we got the originals back. What a joke. Even the Portland location, I had them replace an EGR valve, (we broke down on the way back to Salem after this repair, of course they said it was an unrelated issue) they were supposed to check my manifolds for build up. I forgot to ask about it when I picked up my truck, when I remembered and called them, they wouldn't or couldn't answer if they had, but kept telling me I would be called back by different guys, it's been MONTHS and still no call. So much more was wrong with all my experiences with them, but I have to get back to work. Save your time and money, at all costs, find another shop!"
