"We just got signed up with a family plan today. We were helped by Geno the manager and Alexis . We were extremely excited with how much money they saved us. We were on a family plan with AT&T and saved $100 a month by switching. Geno the manager spoke with me on the phone before I arrived and he made sure we got all the deals available to us. Alexis also found additional promos we were eligible for. They were both extremely helpful and made it a speedy process for us. We came in with our two small children so we really appreciate it getting in and out of there as soon as possible. They also took the time to explain all the different phones, and what would be best for us specifically. I would highly recommend the store."

"I Stopped by today to convert a watch line into a phone line. I was greeted right away and was told that all I needed to do was to call customer service and they can help me with that. I'm confused as to then why is there so many T-mobile stores?..I let the same girl know that well I need to purchase a sim card at first she didn't understand and said no they can just switch it but I let her know well no it's a kids watch, it does not have a sim car in which she then said oh yeah. She quickly went to the back and let me purchase one. After I called customer service and let them know about my experience they confirmed that YES that can be done at a store which now leaves me in ambiguity as to why I couldn't just do that at the store. How is that considered amazing customer service? I understand that what I needed to do today at your store wouldn't get anyone an incentive but I am a customer."

"Horrible customer service, Very lazy staff, Explained I could not Acrivate a sim card in store and have todo so by call 611. But I explained I'm a Sprint customer and not a tmobile. After calling 611 I was told after 10min on hold I cand log into Tmobile and Need be transfered to print to activate my Tmobile Sim card which came in the mail with my new phone on my upgrade. This is the worst sim card issue I have ever dealt with. Very unorganized..After 15yr of being with sprint I think it's time to look for a new plan."
