"I purchased a new hot tub from Pacific Hot Tub Solutions. I like the hot tub, delivery was ok. Problem resolution was not. I feel like an idiot for not paying attention to all of the reviews with horror stories about warranty, rudeness, ghosting ect. I rarely leave reviews but I could not let this Shady behavior go. The woman, Kim talks a good game and paints a pretty picture of warranties, and glowing service but don’t take that hook. I am a week out from delivery and the electrician hooked us up but the copper/silver ion sanitizer is not getting power. I called and talked with Kim and she told me that its probably ehe connector plug that probably got pulled apart and I should go out there and take the service panel off and plug it back together. Problem is there are only 2 bare wires hanging and I have no idea how to connect them without a plug that sb attached to them. I have called and tried to tell her the problem but she said that it would cost me a service call. On the 3rd call I tried to tell her the problem and she directed me to hang up and ho to their website and make a warranty claim. I told her that I was talking to her right now and why did I have to file a claim online. She just repeated the same shtick lines and I said, Its only you and your husband there why do I have to go online? Then, I could not find the warranty button to click on to fill out online and she would not answer the phone, nor returned my message. The reason I did not listen to all the bad reviews was that she jumped on each one with some type of plausible answer, and I discounted the reviewers. I’m sorry reviewers for doubting you and I could have saved myself thousands of $$$ and wasted time and agro."

"We just had Pacific Hot tub remove our hot tub and the experience was great! Zack, Jeff and Thomas did a great job of removing our large and heavy tub with ease. They had great attitudes even though the removal had some challenges. Highly recommend these guys!"

"I purchased a used hot tub from these guys, and had a very good experience. They delivered it on time and sent out a technician after it failed to start up properly. The only problem was moving a wire to convert it from 110 volts to 220 volts. I would highly recommend Pacific Hot Tub Solutions."
