"Many good things - easy estimate by video cam made it easy, great communication leading up to the move, excellent work ethic on site, careful attention to detail - we have many fragile things and they did a fabulous job protecting it all, completed job on schedule despite challenges on site, and the final bill was very close to the estimate. All excellent. One thing we'd have appreciated - is picking up all our packing materials we meticulously saved for reuse, but we had to haul it all to recycling using a rented truck."

"Estimator was pretty good. Packers were great. Everything else fell short. Business is surprisingly a mess given national scale. Accounting a disaster. Movers caused damage to furniture and our new driveway. We came under in packing and boxes, so we’re told we would get a refund. Spent hours so far trying to get our refund amount that has changed four times so far cause they’re extremely disorganized. I was told they were too busy by an employee to get this resolved. So now I have to follow up every two weeks to move forward. Still waiting on it to get resolved. I leave few reviews. Busy with work and life, so I’m selective on reviews. Most reviews are for exceptional experience and only one for below par. This experience was below par."

"We recently used Lile Moving to move our Tribal Office from SE PDX to SW PDX. Charles Braxton who facilitated and estimated the move was thorough, responsive, and on-site for the move. One of the Leads was Brandon (I wish I got all of their names). Brandon was fabulous. This crew and Company were top notch. They were careful, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Lile is the best at what they do! Commercial moving."
