"ACI is primarily a shipping aggregator/re-shipper; people in Korea but items in the US (say, from ebay or Amazon), have the item shipped to ACI, which in turns ships to the customer in Korea. I manufacturer a product and have used ACI twice to ship to retailers in Korea. ACI is a bustling hive of activity, the manager (Dorothy) speaks English and is very helpful, the shipping is fast, and it's a lot less expensive than using USPS international. The package I shipped today cost $82 versus $212 the last time I shipped a similar package using USPS. And the package will be at the Korean Airport in one day versus about a week with USPS. I have been happy both times I have used them. Kudos especially to the manager Dorothy; the employees also seemed friendly although primarily don't seem to speak English."
