"I am very disappointed. It seems like lately everything is getting lower quality and costing more. ALL of my jewelry is from Fred Meyer. 20 years I’ve gotten everything from here. My son who’s 14 got me this necklace for Mother’s Day. A week after wearing it the chain broke. I’ve always said the chains that come with the necklaces break easily but never this bad. I went in to get a new chain. The lady working there said she couldn’t replace it because he didn’t pay for a protection plan. Even though it says on their website all jewelry can be returned if damaged within 30 days of the purchase. She wouldn’t trade it so I had to pay for a new chain! I got a snake because they are usually durable! It just broke. 2 months after purchasing!"

"There was an associate at the cornelius location that had no idea what she was doing . My husband kept asking her questions about financing and monthly payments and she just kept telling him she didn't know then kept trying to get him to put what we wanted to buy on lay away then had her manager come out and help and explain it to her . For a jewelry store this was super unprofessional. Her name was Ericka and they definitely need to train her better ."

"Worst jewelry store ever. Placed order for custom ring, but never heard back from them. Went in to inquire about it to find out they never placed the order. This added some stress to my wedding which was 2 weeks away. Staff was unapologetic. Avoid all Fred Meyer stores."
