"Yamhill county transit is one of the worst bus systems on the face of the earth. Completely unreliable. Literally doesn't stop at 60% of the stops its supposed to. There's no indication of where any of the stops are besides the transit center. City to city transit is OK, but the bus should run every 15 minutes for it to be actually usable. It should also run late and on weekends to work for commuters. Inter city bus service is awful. On the off chance that it gets to your stop its 30 minutes late because of everyone dialing rides in because the bus stops are unreliable its a self fulfilling problem."
"It would be nice if they had weather protection at the bus stop, perhaps a screen with real-time arrivals. It would also be nice if we had signs at all the bus stops. It is great that there are trash cans and bathrooms."
"Other than having to watch out for bums, bumming from you very clean."
"I have been riding these busses daily for almost a year now. several issues, firstly: inconsistency. Either at stops 10+ minutes early or 15+ minutes late. I have missed many busses because they are way too early. Whenever I talk to the help desk about it they are snippy and say it's my fault when the bus left over 7 minutes early. There's one driver who'll see you then look the other way if he doesn't want to pick you up, glasses whitish greyish hair. Another issue, doesn't run on weekends. Really strange and a big issue if you want to work or have a life without a car. There's only a couple really awful drivers, but they really stick out. Most of the drivers are absolutely awesome, super sweet and helpful, good start to a day. But good god how can you leave upwards of 7 minutes early? Walking to the station is already insanely difficult, leaving early is such a weird move, and it happens A LOT."
"Why do you have to look up the live bus updates with a stop number when there isn't a stop number posted at every stop? It shouldn't be this hard to find updates as to why the bus is 40 minutes late. This is a vital transportation system for some people and a bus being more than 10 minutes late/early should be noted in an easy to access place. I wish this was my only time having this problem, but this is an ongoing problem, busses being late 15+ minutes and because of the difficult to navigate real time tracker, it is frustratingly difficult to figure out when or if the bus is actually going to get to the stop TLDR: site is hard to navigate, stop numbers(which are required in order to find your real time bus tracker) are not posted at every stop, and the busses are 15+ minutes late FAR too frequently"
