"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH! I wouldn’t send my Dog to buy from them! We Bought a $14,000 spa expecting to have a reasonably good experience, and it’s been a NIGHTMARE! The Service Department actually told me if I wanted good service I should have bought somewhere else! He said I would have CONTINUED PROBLEMS with my hottub because “that’s just the way they are!” As I am writing this i haven’t been able to use my hot tub in Weeks! It’s just sitting there waiting for another service call! DO NOT BUY a HOT TUB FROM INLAND ! They suuuuuuuck!"
