"Very inconsistent with hours and services. They (staff) don't wear masks in the lobby though make you wear one. Lots of gossip and chatting between staff while with customers. Very unprofessional and the worst branch in the area. Would rather drive 20+ miles into Eugene than deal with this place."

I write this as I sit at the drive up window, it's my turn but this lady is ignoring me while she carries on a conversation with the vehicle in the lane next to me. REVAMP:: I called your 1877 number and it was no longer in service..thank you for your concerns. I swear this particular US Bank in Cottage Grove moves as slow as possible even with 2 people working the window. I had 3 cars in front of me and I've been here for 19 minutes. With your reduced hours how are working people supposed to do their banking??!!!!"

"US Bank, and this branch in particular, has always been good to me. They are the only "big bank" that I enjoy being a member of, and I recommend them to anyone who usually prefers Credit Unions, but wants the convenience of being with a national bank (for traveling, for example). They are as good or better than all of the credit unions I have been a member of, which is really saying something!"
