I mistakenly thought something was wrong with my vehicle after I had picked it up fron getting some maintence done and driven away. I called and they sent someone to come help me out with something that was 100% a silly mistake on my end. But the fact that they had sent help and were not upset at my mistake (which would have been valid) really made such a big difference.
